Yes, when booking a ticket online, you will have 24 hours to make the payment at one of our ticket offices or online via our website.

You can change your reservation by calling our Call Center at +5999 737 5522, send us an email at info@jetaircaribbean.com  or at one of our Ticket Offices.

Cancelling your booking can be done through our website www.jetaircaribbean.com, our Call Center by dialing +5999 737 5522, at one of our ticket offices or sending us an email at least 24 hours before departure.

We do not require your passport information to book a flight. Passport information is only needed at the point of check in.
