When your Credit Card has been declined, please make sure that all the information inserted in the system of your Credit Card is correct.
If everything is ok, please contact your bank / credit card company or send an email to our Customer Service department at info@jetaircaribbean.com with the last 4 digits of your Credit Card in order for us to check and release the funds.

Cancelling your ticket is free of charge. Remember that your ticket is valid for use one year after date of purchase. When making use of your ticket again within that year, a penalty fee will be charged. If the same class is not available from previous ticket, an upgrading fee will be charged. (The Fee amount can be found in our terms and conditions of Tickets).

Name change is unfortunately not allowed. Name correction is allowed up to 5 characters.

On same day of travel, tickets can be purchased up to 3 hours before departure of the flight.

Your ticket is valid for use one year after date of purchase. Tickets bought during promotional campaigns are only valid on the dates you have purchased.
